My GFA Story

I spent two years in GFA's School of Discipleship. It was during that time that I truly surrendered my life to Christ and asked "Lord, what do you want me to do with my life?" I realized the dreams I had for my life were mostly self-centered. The Lord opened my eyes to the masses of people in Asia (and around the world) who have never heard of Jesus and who are in desperate need of the most basic things I take for granted nearly every day - food, clean water, education, etc. I am delighted to serve behind the scenes with GFA in Texas to support those laboring on the mission field. My heart's deepest desire is to glorify the Father in my everyday life and be used by Him to make a lasting difference in the lives of other people. I have seen first-hand how the Lord is using GFA to reach the unreached, make disciples, and care for the poor.

What I do

My role is to help manage and process GFA mailings including newsletters, updates from Asia, and Bridge of Hope letters. My prayer is that each mailing will help connect donors and sponsors as they read updates from the field. There are various needs to be filled within the U.S. office, each essential in reaching the untold millions of people living life without Christ in Asia. Every position directly plays a vital part in serving alongside our brothers and sisters on the mission field.
